Your Franchise Journey

You are supported throughout your journey with Shuttercraft, from training to business expansion, a few years down the line.

Here is a bit more about your journey after joining Shuttercraft:

 

1. Discovery day at head office: Meet the team and get to know the inner workings of Shuttercraft. Learn more about your fellow franchisees and share the excitement of starting your own business.

2. Set up your new business and spend a week training at head office in Winchester, with shadowing and support sessions on your first surveys. Our award-winning training team will guide you throughout your journey, ensuring that you are confident to take the first steps independently.

 

3. Your first installations are supported by the Head Office support team, ensuring you have the opportunity to ask questions and gain detailed insight from an experienced team.

4. After you feel confident to survey and install alone, you will receive ongoing support through quarterly reviews and ongoing year one mandatory training, including an annual event and additional workshops and roadshows, to network with other franchisees and get to know the head office support team.

 

5. Growth: It is time to take on a new team member to manage increasing workload. We will support you to find the right employee for your business, providing training and workshops to guarantee they are up to speed with your business.

6. Expansion: After settling in and gaining a trusted reputation in your territory, you can increase your team and vehicle fleet to cover your growing needs. By expanding your team, you can focus some more time on the long-term growth of your business, taking meaningful steps towards sustainable success.

 

7. New term: Five years have already passed, now is the time to choose whether you’d like to renew your franchise agreement and continue to build your business, or sell your territory.
